I began hand making pendants out of clay to adorn malas after finding my grandmother’s pendant, a Viking shield replica from Norway during the pandemic. Passionate for sculpture and wheel throwing, my latest art form is in the medicine of the mala and sound healing. A yoga instructor for the past 22 years, and prior educator in public schools for 12, brings love, balance and divinity in my new journey as a healing arts teacher. I now offer events for community to gather and practice peaceful mindfulness, soulful movement, and healing sound journey. My voice is my chariot. It carries the weight of memory, the fire of prayer, and the rhythm of my becoming.

I liked what you have to say about dopamine and “notifications” versu “real dopamine.” One of my friends made the allusion once that back in “the day” we would pick berries for slow/real dopamine haha. Your event definitely supplied some true dopamine”
